Being known as “The Caring Realtor” is a privilege and a title that I am proud to have earned. My efforts in the community and my diligence as a realtor have built my admirable reputation and I aim to uphold my good standing through my “above and beyond” work ethic and heart for community service. I invite you to read more about my background and qualifications so that you are reassured that “The Caring Realtor” is not a meaningless label, but a representation of the tremendous effort and personalized service I give to each of my clients within this exciting world of real estate!

Background: I am a California native and grew up in Orange County. I moved to the Inland Empire when I married my husband, Tad Hove, 26 years ago! I have loved raising my family in the City of Riverside and have been privileged to participate in so many community activities and events, many of which my children were involved in. I am passionate about fundraising and supporting all types of family activities and programs, particularly those that support our youth.   Being involved with Children's ministry at church, PTSA and local sports organizations (such as martial arts, swimming, water-polo, soft-ball, football, cheerleading and dance) have helped me to discover one of my life’s passions—supporting kids of all ages, from the very young to the college student! I currently sit on the committee for a local Boy Scout troop as Advancement Chair, mentor high school students through Education Academy, am involved with Riverside Aquatics Association, and am always looking for ways to enrich the life of my one-year-old grandson!

The Keller Williams Family: Being involved with the Keller Williams family has given me the opportunity to support causes that are dear to me. I was so honored to be a part of the "Relay for Life" to help raise money for cancer.  By decorating our company’s booth at the event and walking with many others, I was able to support all those who are in the fight of their lives against this disease! I also participated in "Red Day", an event in which our entire office of 186 agents painted the bedrooms, bathrooms, and hallways for the adult handicapped residents living at Peppermint Ridge in Corona. Our group of agents also donated to the tornado victims in Moore, Oklahoma. I am pleased to be a part of a group that has such a generous spirit. It is truly the joy of my heart to serve others in my community and abroad!!!

Education: I have been licensed since 2002, but had years of experience investing in properties before obtaining my real estate license. To be at the top of your game as a realtor, continuing education is key! When a client chooses to work with me, I want to assure them that I am constantly educating myself in my field and that they can have confidence in my skill set and knowledge of real estate law, ethics, principles and procedures. It is this drive for more knowledge that pushed me to take my career to the next level and pursue a Real Estate Broker's License. I am proud to have obtained my Broker's License in 2012, knowing that it has given me a broader knowledge base to better serve my clients.

Attitude of Service: My attitude of service has permeated into every facet of my real estate career. Whether it be getting a construction crew together to remodel your investment property, staging your home for a top notch "Open House", designing marketing material to help you get top dollar for your home, or even getting the cleaning bucket out to make your house sparkle and shine for it's big debut, I do what it takes to get the results my clients need. I have earned the reputation as someone who goes above and beyond and truly cares about the needs and concerns of others. The hard work and personal touches I put into my real estate career is why past clients, real estate associates, and clients I am currently working with, have called me....
